Booking Deposit

It is standard practice in the tattoo industry to require a booking deposit. The deposit secures your appointment and confirms your commitment to the booking, as your tattoo artist will already have put a considerable amount of work into your project—including consultation and designing your tattoo—before the actual appointment.

Depending on the size of the tattoo, the booking deposit is €50–€150. The deposit will be deducted from the final price of your tattoo. For projects requiring more than one appointment, the deposit will be deducted from the price of your final session.

The booking deposit must be paid within 7 days of booking your appointment. If the deposit is not paid within this time, all appointments reserved for you will be automatically cancelled.

The booking deposit is non-refundable, even if you decide to cancel your appointment. The only exception is if the tattoo artist has to cancel your appointment and no suitable alternative date can be arranged.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least three full business days before the start of your appointment. Each appointment may be rescheduled a maximum of two times. If you reschedule later than this or reschedule the same appointment more than twice, your booking deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required.

For appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, as well as appointments missed without notice ("no-shows"), we reserve the right to invoice the client for up to 50% of the estimated price of the booked tattoo session.

If you become ill, please contact your tattoo artist as soon as possible so there is enough time to offer your appointment to another client. If you provide a medical certificate, your booking deposit will remain valid and your tattoo artist will arrange a new appointment for you.

Please do not come to your appointment if you are ill. If a client arrives at the studio while ill, the tattoo artist has the right to cancel the appointment for that day, retain the booking deposit, and charge up to 50% of the estimated price of the booked tattoo session.

By paying the booking deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions listed above.

The booking deposit can be paid either in cash at the studio or by bank transfer. Due to the card terminal provider's terms and conditions, the booking deposit cannot be paid by card at the studio.
